摘要
以水作为成孔剂,通过简单温和的反应过程合成了一种多孔环氧树脂/SiO2复合材料。研究了SiO2含量对复合材料压缩强度和压缩模量的影响,随着SiO2含量的增加,复合材料的压缩强度增大。与不添加SiO2相比,添加20%SiO2复合材料的压缩强度和压缩模量分别提高了3.4和1.8倍。对SiO2含量为20%的复合材料进行表征,其分解温度和BJH吸附平均孔径分别为281℃和4.08nm。合成的复合材料具有抗压强度高、耐酸性强的特点,在用于酸性废水处理时具有较大的潜力。
A series of porous epoxy/silica composites based on water as a pore-forming agent were synthesized by a simple and facile process.The influence of silica loading on the compressive strength and compressive modulus of the composites was explored.The compressive strength and compressive modulus of the composite were systematically enhanced up to 3.4 and 1.8 times respectively,at 20 wt% silica loading in comparison to the silica-free polymer.The compressive strength of the epoxy composites generally increased with increasing silica loadings,and the dependence of Young's modulus as a function of silica loadings could be successfully predicted by using Kerner's theory. Furthermore,the decomposition temperature and BJH desorption average pore diameter of the 20 wt% silica loading composite were 281℃ and 4.08 nm,respectively.The resulting porous epoxy/silica composites showed good resistance to compression,being able to bear large compressive stress without damage,which suggests their potential use in the treatment of acid wastewater.
