火电项目规划选址环保政策研究

Research on Environmental Protection Policies of Thermal Power Projects Site Planning and Selection

随着大气污染防治工作力度不断加强,火电行业作为重点排污行业受到高度关注,近年来我国出台了大量涉及到火电项目规划选址的环保政策。文章对有关环保政策的内容进行了仔细的分析梳理,厘清它们的逻辑关系并提出最新解读,可为各方正确理解、执行相关政策提供一定帮助。

With the continuous strengthening of air pollution control efforts,the thermal power industry as a focus has been highly concerned,in recent years China has issued a large number of environmental protection policies related to thermal power projects site planning and selection.In this paper,the contents of the relevant environmental policies were carefully analyzed and sorted out,to clarify their logical relations and put forward the latest statement which can provide some help to correct understanding and implementation of relevant policies.
