企业科技档案利用现状及启示——以西南电力设计院为例

Current situation and Enlightenment of Utilization of Enterprise Science and Technology Archives--as the example of Southwest Electric Power Design Institute

提供利用是企业档案工作的最终目的,科技档案只有通过充分有效的利用才能实现其价值。本文以西南电力设计院有限公司2012-2016年科技档案的利用情况为例,剖析了科技档案利用工作的现状,并对典型案例进行了分析。在此基础上,结合具体的管理措施,从加大重视力度、加强统筹规划,注重过程控制、确保管理质量,整合档案资源、搭建管理平台,立足档案利用、做好档案宣传等四个方面总结了西南院公司科技档案利用工作。

The ultimate goal of archive work in enterprise is to make records available to every user,only by which way technical archives can fulfill their values.This paper takes the utilization of technical archives from 2012 to 2016 in Southwest Electric Power Design Institute as an example,analyzing the current condition of the utilization of technical archives followed by the representative case.On this base,combined with specific management measures, the paper concludes four aspects of inspirations that the utilization of technical archives in Southwest Electric Power Design Institute can bring to the archive work in enterprise.Respectively,the four aspects are strengthening the importance attached to this work,emphasizing the overall planning and process control,ensuring management quality and integrating the archival resources,building management platform and focusing archival utilization,advancing archival publicity.
