摘要
离退休老干部是国家教育的重要财富,教育的改革和发展离不开离退休老干部做出的贡献。几十年来他们为国家教育奉献了自己的青春和年华,因此在他们离退休之后,更应该得到各级部门的关注。尤其是在高校中,老干部工作是高校行政管理工作中的重要组成部分,认真做好离退休老干部工作是所有高校工作者的责任之一。本文就高校老干部工作中出现的问题进行分析,并针对矛盾提出相应的解决措施。
Retired veteran cadres are the important wealth of national education. The reform and development of education cannot be separated from the contributions of retired veteran cadres. For decades, they devotes their youth and time to the national education career. Therefore, after they retirement, they should be paid more attention by each department. Especially in universities, the management of retired veteran cadres is an important part of universities administration. It is one of the responsibilities of all university staff to do a good job in management of retired veteran cadres. This paper analyzes the problems in the management of retired veteran cadres in universities, and puts forward the effective measures to solve the contradictions.
