摘要
建立在PLC应用技术基础之上的MCGS仿真实训系统在设计上采用MCGS监控系统,结合西门子200PLC控制方案,实现了仿真实训系统设计的目的,在PLC课程实践教学中取得了很好的效果。该仿真系统内将PLC经典控制子系统进行了内嵌,完成PLC子系统控制功能的运行。其中对于工作过程采用动态实时监控的方式,实现了mc JS组态软件的运用。本文结合MCGSPLC仿真实训系统的设计中的硬件和软件设计展开分析,希望能够对提升PLC应用技术课程教学效果具有参考价值。
MCGS simulation training system based on PLC application technology is designed with MCGS monitoring system and Siemens 200 PLC control scheme. The purpose of simulation training system design is realized,and good results are achieved in the practice teaching of PLC course. The classical control subsystem of PLC is embedded in the simulation system to complete the operation of the control function of the PLC subsystem. For the working process,dynamic real-time monitoring is used to realize the application of MC JS configuration software.This paper combines the design of hardware and software in MCGS PLC simulation training system,hoping to have reference value for improving the teaching effect of PLC application technology course.
