车用动力锂电池三层复合隔膜的制备、成孔及工作机理分析 被引量:4

摘要 以高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)和聚丙烯(PP)为原料,采用三层共挤工艺一次成型挤出PP/PE/PP复合基膜,经过热处理退火后直接进行双向热拉伸过程,制得的PP/PE/PP三层复合隔膜具有比较均一的微孔尺寸和较好的热尺寸稳定性,同时对三层复合隔膜的成孔及工作机理进行了分析,该复合隔膜可满足新能源汽车用动力锂电池的使用要求。 PP/PE/PP composite basement membrane was extruded by three-layer co-extrusion process with high density polyethylene (HDPE) and polypropylene (PP) as raw materials. After annealing and heat treatment, the PP/PE/PP three-layer composite diaphragm was directly biaxially stretched. The prepared three-layer composite diaphragm has relatively uniform micropore size and better thermal dimensional stability. At the same time, the pore formation and working mechanism of the three-layer composite diaphragm were studied. The analysis shows that the composite diaphragm can meet the application requirements of power lithium batteries for new energy vehicles.
