摘要
以磷石膏为原料,采用乙酸钠、丙酸钠、丁酸钠三种羧酸钠盐为转晶剂,在0.02MPa、140℃反应条件下,采用水热合成法转晶CaSO4·2H2O制备α-CaSO4·0.5H2O,以SEM、XRD进行表征。研究结果表明,三种转晶剂均可有效促进CaSO4·2H2O转化为α-CaSO4·0.5H2O,且随着转晶剂添加量的增加,α-CaSO4·0.5H2O晶体的直径相应发生变化,长径比逐渐减小。
Phosphogypsum was used as raw material, and sodium carboxylate, such as sodium acetate, sodium propionate and sodium butyrate, was used as a crystal growth promoter. Under the reaction conditions of 0.02 MPa and 140℃, the preparation of CaSO4·2H2O by hydrothermal synthesis was carried out.α-CaSO4·0.5H2O was characterized by SEM and XRD. The results show that the three crystal growth promoters effectively promote the conversion of CaSO4·2H2O to α-CaSO4·0.5H2O, and the diameter of α-CaSO4·0.5H2O crystal changes with the increase of the amount of crystal growth promoter while the aspect ratio gradually decreases.
