摘要
在现有生产设备设施和工艺条件下,通过分析铅酸动力电池的内部结构,对电池含酸量进行理论计算,为电解液饱和度及抽酸工艺设计提供依据。
Through the analysis of the internal structure of lead-acid power battery,the acid content of the internal battery was calculated theoretically.Based on the existing production equipment and process conditions,the theoretical design and calculation of the battery acid content can provide a basis for electrolyte saturation and acid extraction process design.Through the control of acid content,the saturation of lead-acid power battery can meet the requirement and improve the product performance.
