摘要
由于高倍率电池往往采用薄极板薄隔膜设计,一些因设计与过程控制不好的电池在化成后偶有发现内部存在"黑心"的情况,即枝晶穿刺。解决对策需要从控制电解液温度、密度和增加隔膜防穿刺强度三方面着手。
The article provides solutions to dendrite puncture of high-rate batteries.High-rate batteries are often designed with thin plates and thin separators.The"black heart"which is dendrite puncture may be found inside some batteries with poor design and process control.The solutions need to start from three aspects:controlling the electrolyte temperature,controlling the electrolyte density,and increasing the puncture strength of the separators.
