摘要
钻孔灌注桩临近地铁施工时,为了防止坍孔,通常需采取土体加固或钢护筒随孔钻进等保护措施。现结合背景工程和绿色施工理念,阐述一种先打设钢护筒,再进行钻孔灌注桩钻进的地铁保护技术。首先,在桩位处采用高频液压免共振锤打设钢护筒至地铁结构标高以下2m,然后架设GPS-10型工程钻机进行桩基施工。该项技术在工程应用中取得了良好效果。
When the cast-in-place piles are close to the metro construction, in order to prevent collapse, the protective measures of soil reinforcement or steel casing along with the drilling are usually taken. Based on background engineering and green construction concept, this paper expounds a metro protection technology of firstly laying the steel casing and then drilling the cast-in-place piles. Firstly, the high-frequency hydraulic resonance-free hammer is used to drill the steel casing into 2 m below the elevation of metro structure, and then GPS-10 engineering drilling rig is used to construct the pile foundation. This technology has achieved the good results in the engineering application.
