摘要 将固体废弃物再生材料作为道路建设材料使用,具有降低成本、改善铺面或铺装性能的优势。但再生材料要确保应用过程中不会引发长期的负面影响,固体废弃物再生料用于道路工程可能具有多重污染源的角色,需要进行全面的环境评价。介绍了国外再生材料用于道路工程的环境影响评价方法、室内评价固体废弃物产品在道路环境中污染物浸出的试验方法、道路工程固体废弃物资源化利用环境影响评价标准以及道路工程固体废弃物产品环境污染的预防措施,以期为固体废弃物再生料用于道路工程的环境影响提供参考和借鉴。 The solid waste recycled materials used as the road construction materials have the advantages of reducing the cost, and improving the pavement or paving performances. But the recycled materials should be ensured not to cause the long-term negative effects in the application process. The solid waste recycled materials used for road engineering may have the multiple sources of pollution. A comprehensive environmental evaluation is needed. This paper introduces the environmental impact assessment methods of the recycled materials used for the road engineering at abroad, the test methods for indoor evaluation of pollutant leaching of solid waste product in road environment, the environmental impact assessment standard for the utilization of solid waste resource in road engineering and the preventive measures for the environmental pollution of solid waste products in road engineering in order to provide the reference for the environmental impact of solid waste recycled materials used in the road engineering.
