SHJS聚碳硅氧烷“三防”耐磨涂料的研究与应用

摘要 针对水泥混凝土构件存在的腐蚀现象,而传统涂料又存在污染环境和有损景观等问题,需要研制既有助于保护水泥混凝土抵御外来因素的腐蚀侵害,又能满足环保和景观要求的新型涂料。通过多个工程实例,考察了新型涂料--SHJS聚碳硅氧烷"三防"耐磨涂料的应用效果。结果表明,新型涂料有助于抵御外来因素对水泥混凝土结构的腐蚀,能满足环保和景观要求,是一种实用效果较好的新产品。 Aiming at the corrosion phenomenon of cement concrete members, and the problems of polluting the environment and damage to the landscape existing in the traditional coatings, it is required to study and develop a new coating not only helpful for the cement concrete to resist the corrosion of external factors, but also able to meet the environmental protection and landscape requirements. According to many engineering examples, the application effect of the new coating-"three-proof" wear-resistant coating of SHJSpolycarbosiloxane is inspected. The result shows that the new coating is helpful to resist the corrosion of the external factors on the cement concrete structures, and able to meet the environmental protection and landscape requirements, and is a new practical product with the good effect.
