摘要
某长距离输水管道项目采用有压重力输水方式,水源地与净水厂的地形高差150.7m,输送距离13.64km,输水管线最高日量29000m^3/d,采用PE100级高密度聚乙烯管材,管径DN560,公称压力1.0MPa。应用柯尔勃洛克-怀特公式进行水力计算,在输水管线全程设置两座减压水池,水力摩阻系数的计算方法可供相关技术人员参考。
The pressure gravity water conveyance mode is adopted in a long-distance water conveyance pipeline project. The topographic elevation difference between the water source and the water purification plant is 150.7 m. The conveyance distance is 13.64 km. The maximum daily quantity of the water conveyance pipeline is 29 000 m^3/d. The PE100 grade high-density polyethylene pipe is used. Its diameter is dn560 and its nominal pressure is 1.0 MPa. The Colebrook-White formula is used for hydraulic calculation. Two decompression tanks are installed throughout the water conveyance pipeline. The calculation method of hydraulic friction coefficient can be used for reference by relevant technical personnel.
