摘要
地下管线是城市赖以生存和发展的物质基础,轨道交通的客流集散需要依赖于道路交通系统,道路交通系统是支撑城市空间拓展、提升城市功能的重要保障。由于地下管线、轨道交通、道路交通的规划、建设、管理在空间上和时间上都是相对独立的,三大系统之间缺乏充分衔接与协调,相互影响。在调研武汉市综合管廊、轨道交通、城市道路建设现状的基础上,分析存在的问题,提出统筹建设方案及建议措施,为综合管廊、轨道交通、城市道路统筹建设提供决策参考。三大系统相互结合、同步实施有利于地下空间的高效利用,有利于减少施工期对社会、道路交通的影响,具有重要意义。
The underground pipelines are the material basis of existence and development of a city. The passenger flow distribution of rail transit is required to rely on the road traffic system. The road traffic system is an important guarantee to support the development of urban space and improvement of urban function. The planning, construction and management of underground pipeline, rail transit and road traffic are relatively independent in space and time. The fully connection and coordination among three great systems are lack,and three systems influence mutually. Based on the investigation and survey of the present situations of utility tunnel, rail transit and urban road constructed in Wuhan, this paper analyzes the existing problems, and puts forward the overall planning construction scheme, proposals and measures in order to provide the reference for the decision making of overall planning construction of utility tunnel, rail transit and urban road. The mutual combination and synchronous implementation of three great systems are conductive to the efficient utilization of underground space, are conductive to reduce the influence of construction period on the society and road traffic, and have the important significance.
