摘要
以上海某综合管廊中沉井工程为例,对垫层厚度、下沉系数、接高稳定性、抗浮系数等内容进行了施工计算,并且分别对垫层铺设、沉井制作、沉井下沉、沉井封底等沉井施工工艺进行了分析与研究,得到以下结论:一是要强化沉井的施工计算,选择合理安全的方案;二是要注重施工过程控制,提前制定纠偏、突沉等情况的措施。
Taking an open caisson project of utility tunnel in Shanghai as an example, this paper calculates the cushion thickness, sinking coefficient, high connection stability and anti-floating coefficient, and analyzes and studies the construction technologies of cushion paving, manufacturing, sinking and sealing of open caisson. The conclusion is that the construction calculation of open caisson should be intensified, the reasonably safe scheme is selected, the attention should be paid to the control of construction process, and the measures for rectifying a deviation and the sudden sinking should be formulated ahead of time.
