摘要
公共文化空间是城市文化竞争力和软实力的重要体现,对优秀文化传承、文化展示、文化传播,文化涵养的提升起着基础性的、关键性的作用。目前,杭州基本形成多层级、多形式、多特色、多要素的城市公共文化空间体系。但也存在着管理服务不优、市民参与度低、同质化现象严重,供给与需求错配现象严重等问题。解决这些问题较为有效的方法是:注重公共文化空间地域平衡和整体有序、加大新型城市公共文化空间建设、推进城市文化公园等文化阵地建设、拓展互联网+公共文化服务空间、加大城市形象对外传播力度等。
The public cultural space is an important embodiment of urban cultural competitiveness and soft power. It plays a fundamental and crucial role in the promotion of excellent cultural heritage, cultural display, cultural communication and cultural conservation. At present, Hangzhou basically forms a multi-level, multi-form, multi-featured and multi-element urban public cultural space system, but there are also problems such as poor management services, low citizen participation, serious homogenization, and serious mismatch between supply and demand. More effective ways to solve these problems are: pay attention to the regional balance of public cultural space and overall order, increase the construction of new urban public cultural space, promote the construction of cultural space such as urban cultural parks, expand the Internet + public cultural service space, and promote the image of the city.
