摘要
综述地铁车辆所面临的问题及钛合金材料的优良性能。针对地铁车辆所面临的救援问题,采用钛合金过渡车钩替代普通车钩,达到降低装卸过渡车钩劳动强度同时提高救援机车连挂速度的目的。分析并总结钛合金过渡车钩在密度、强度、焊接性、阻尼特性、耐腐蚀性、抗疲劳性方面的特点及优势。对钛合金过渡车钩在地铁车辆中的应用前景进行展望,并提出相关建议。
This paper summarizes the problems faced by metro vehicles and the excellent properties of titanium alloy materials. Aiming at the existing rescue problems concerning metro vehicles, titanium alloy adaptor coupler is used instead of ordinary coupler, so as to reduce the labor intensity of installing and removing adaptor coupler and improve the coupling speed of rescue locomotive. It analyzes and summarizes the characteristics and advantages of titanium alloy adaptor coupler in density, strength, weldability, damping characteristics, corrosion resistance and fatigue resistance. And it puts forward the application prospects of titanium alloy transition couplers in metro vehicles and makes relevant suggestions.
