高校教师促进学生主动学习的评价量表研究——以PORTAAL为例 被引量:6

摘要 大学教学的特殊性及复杂性呼唤高校教师采取适当的教学措施让学生积极地参与课堂教学活动,促进学生主动学习。同时结合自评与他评,自觉反思课堂教学行为,以实现高校教师的专业发展。美国华盛顿大学以促进学生主动学习为目标,研发既可作为高校课堂教学评价量表,亦可辅助高校教师进行教学反思的自评量表——PORTAAL。介绍PORTAAL的开发背景、内容及其效能,指出高校教师教学反思应以促进学生主动学习为目标,并探讨其对我国高校教学改革、教师的教学反思、课堂观察研究以及课堂观察量表本土化等方面的启示。 The particularity and complexity of college teaching requires college teachers to take appropriate teaching measures to enable students to actively participate in classroom teaching activities and promote students' active learning.Reflection and evaluation of classroom teaching behavior is an important way to promote teachers' professional development.The University of Washington has developed a classroom observation tool,the PORTAAL,for college teachers aimed at promoting students' active learning,which can also be used as a self-rating scale for teaching reflection.This paper mainly introduces the development background,content and effectiveness of PORTAAL,pointing out that teachers' reflection on teaching in colleges and universities should be directed at promoting students' active learning;and it also discusses its enlightenment to the teaching reform of colleges and universities,teachers' teaching reflection,classroom observation research and localization of classroom observation tool.
