摘要
“以学生为中心”的教学理念虽然已成为众多教育工作者的共识,但部分教师或管理者仍对其内涵存在一定的误解。通过对“以学生为中心”理念的内涵进行研究,分析了目前落实“以学生为中心”的教学督导工作中存在的问题,提出了解决问题的设想,并结合学校教学督导工作的开展提供了实际的案例参考。
The "student-centered" teaching philosophy has become the consensus of many educators. However, some teachers and administrators still have misunderstandings about its connotations. By clarifying the connotation of the concept of "student -centered" teaching, this paper firstly analyses the existing problems in the implementation of "student-centered" teaching supervision, then it puts forward approaches to these problems, and provides practical case reference for the development of teaching supervision.
