摘要
留学生的课堂问题行为严重影响汉语教学秩序和教学效果。研究表明,教师的教学行为、留学生个体存在的学习动机和认知能力差异是构成留学生课堂问题行为的重要因素。通过建立、健全学校的干预制度和管理架构来维护课堂秩序,通过增加富有趣味性的教学内容来调动学生的学习积极性,通过运用灵活多样的教学策略来激发学生的学习兴趣与热情,是处置学生课堂问题行为的有效策略。
The problematic behaviors of the international students in learning Chinese in classroom disrupt seriously the Chinese teacher' teaching order and the teaching efficiency.This study firstly reveals that the teacher's teaching behavior,the motivation and cognitive ability differences between individual students are the essential factors leading to the students' problematic behaviors.And then it puts forward the effective solutions to the students' problematic behaviors,including a well framed intervention system at the college level that is designed to keep the classroom order,the interesting learning contents and the various teaching strategies that are employed by the teachers to stimulate the learning interests of the students.
