摘要
针对高等教育对学生的全面素质和能力培养以及大学生学习主动性差等方面存在的问题,从情感交流与人才培养的关系入手,将情感教育融入大学占比最重的专业课程教学,通过揭示情感交流对专业课教学的意义,进一步阐述将其与知识相融合的模式、策略,让围绕知识学习的学习方法传授、专业素质培养以及教师的言传身教等情感方面的内容从根本上对教学效果发挥积极的推动作用,为探讨提升专业课程教学及人才培养质量、推动教育教学改革提供新的思路。
In view of the problems existing in the cultivation of college students' comprehensive quality and ability and their poor college students' learning initiative in higher education, this paper starts with the relationship between emotional communication and talent cultivation and integrates emotional education into the teaching of specialized courses, which accounts for the largest proportion in universities. The modes and strategies of integrating emotional communication with knowledge are further elaborated through revealing the significance of emotional communication to the teaching of specialized course. It aims to make the aspects such as learning method imparting, professional quality training and teacher's words and deeds play a positive role in promoting teaching effect, with a view to exerting a strong influence on students' state of mind and behavior mode, so as to provide new ideas for improving the quality of specialized courses and talent cultivation and promoting the reform of education and teaching.
