Discussions on Cultivation of Professional Master Degree in Agricultural Field

文章简要回顾了农业硕士专业学位研究生培养的发展历程,重点分析了当前农业硕士专业学位在培养目标定位、课程设置和监督评价体系等方面存在的问题,提出了在明确人才培养定位的前提下建立相应的目标管理机制、根据培养目标构建课程教学体系、建立多元多向的系统监督和评价体系等加强农业硕士专业学位研究生培养的建议。

The development of professional master degree in agriculture area was reviewed and problems on cultivation objectives, course construction and evaluation system analyzed in the paper. Based on the analysis, it was suggested that the cultivation of professional master degree should set clear objectives and develop a goal- oriented management mechanism. Meanwhile, a characteristic curriculum teaching system should be built up. Additionally, a multiple monitoring and evaluation system should also be developed in order to ensure the effectiveness.
