摘要
受当前全球经济形势衰退及不确定性的影响,船舶企业的利润空间愈来愈小,生存和发展空间愈加受限。通过对船舶企业面临的总体形势进行分析,提出了船舶修造企业管理的主要脉络,并以南通中远船务工程有限公司、启东中远海运海洋工程有限公司为例,从重塑四大系统、强化六大系统、打造精简高效团队等三个方面对企业的管理模式提出了重塑路径,以助力船舶修造企业熬过市场“调整期”。
Influenced by current global economic recession and uncertainty,the profit margin of a ship enterprise is becoming smaller,and its space for survival and development is becoming increasingly limited.Through an analysis of the general trend faced by ship enterprises,it puts forward the main thread of management of ship repair and building enterprises.Taking Nantong COSCO Shipyard Engineering Co.,Ltd.and Qidong COSCO Ocean Engineering Co.,Ltd.as examples,it puts forward three ways to reshape the management mode of enterprises from reshaping four systems,strengthening six systems and building a streamlined and efficient team,which is helpful for ship repair and building enterprises to get survived during the“adjustment period”of the market.
