Exploration and Practice on Construction of the Youth League Branch for Four-year Undergraduate Vocational Education——Taking Zhejiang Institute of Communications as an Example

对于四年制高职本科团支部建设的研究尚处于起步和探索阶段。通过对高职院校四年制高职本科及其基层团组织的特点分析,以浙江交通职业技术学院四年制高职本科团支部建设为例,从党团关系、团支部建设原则、工作机制构建和团建标准化等方面对基层团组织建设工作的思路、内容及方法开展综合研究,对四年制高职本科团支部建设工作进行了有益的探索与实践。

The research on the construction of Youth League branch for four-year undergraduate vocational education is still at an early exploratory stage.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of four-year undergraduate vocational education and its basic league organizations,and taking the example of the construction of the Youth League for four-year undergraduate vocational education at the Zhejiang Institute of Communications,it carries out a comprehensive study on ideas,contents and methods for constructing basic Youth League branch from the perspectives of the Party and League relations,principles of constructing the League branch,formation of working mechanism and standardization of construction.It makes useful exploration and practice on construction of the Youth League branch for four-year undergraduate vocational education.
