摘要
根据毕业后立刻的就业率等数据,有些院校减少了旅游专业招生规模,甚至砍掉了旅游专业,而另一方面,全球与全国的旅游业正处于大发展阶段.针对这一悖论现象,认为压缩旅游专业的生存空间做法是值得商榷的,并据此提出了谷理论.该理论认为,旅游专业属于生活类范畴,而有些专业属于职业类范畴.两类专业的立足基线是不一样的,一类位于高山上,而另一类位于谷地,旅游专业即是谷地专业.不能以高山专业的办学标准要求谷地专业,高山专业的高是借助了高山之高,其是以功利的物质观为基础高度的,存在着自身不高而看起来很高的“假高”问题,而旅游专业是以精神与生活为基础的,旅游专业的高度就是自身高度,并没有借助任何其他物体的高度.为此,提出以三年就业率,以泛旅游业立场统计就业率,以专业的社会影响力评价旅游专业的去留问题.
According to the immediate employment rate after graduation, some colleges have reduced the enrollment scale of tourism major and even cut off the tourism major, on the other hand, the global and national tourism is at a stage of great development.In view of this paradox, it is debatable to compress the survival space of tourism major, and accordingly putting forward the valley theory.The theory holds that tourism major belongs to the life category, while some majors belong to the professional category.The base lines of the two majors are different, one of which is on the mountains, and the other is in the valley, and the tourism major is the valley major.The valley major can not be required by the professional standard of high mountain majors, the high mountain majors high in the mountain high, which is based on the utilitarian material view and is not high but looks high, namely existing a "false high" problem, meanwhile, the tourism major is based on the spirit and life, the height of which is itself, without standing on the height of any other object.Therefore, it is proposed that the employment rate should be based on the employment rate within three years after graduation, and the existing problem of tourism major should be assessed by the social influence.
