文章在论述应用型本科人力资源管理专业课程群建设的必要性的基础上,介绍了湘南学院人力资源管理专业课程群建设上的探索,并提出了未来课程群建设的努力方向:切实抓好课程群内容建设;加强课程群资源建设;提高课程群教学质量;加强校内实践教学基地的建设.

On the basis of discussing the necessity of the course group construction of human resources management specialty in application-oriented undergraduate course, this paper introduces the exploration on the course group construction of human resources management specialty in Xiangnan University, and puts forward the direction of the course group construction in the future:strengthen the construction of curriculum group resources;improve the teaching quality of curriculum group;strengthen the construction of campus practice teaching bases.
