供应链协调在供应链管理中起到重要的作用,原因在于供应链中各个节点企业都以自身利益最大化为目标,往往无法实现整个供应链的效益最优,而供应链协调可以有效地解决这一问题,促进供应链运作更加有效,实现全局利润优化。其中,延迟支付与现金折扣都是实现供应链整体协调的重要金融手段,订货策略问题就是在延迟支付和现金折扣这两种常见的供应链金融手段条件下进行探讨。研究内容可以帮助销售变质性物品的零售商,在供应商提供延迟支付、现金折扣等常见供应链金融手段的条件时,在不同的情况下有效地做出优化的库存与订货策略,从而最小化自身库存总成本,因此具有重要的现实意义。

As an important part of the supply chain management, the supply chain coordination can effectively solve a problem that every enterprise in the supply chain only aims to maximize its own profits, which leads to the failure of realizing the optimal profits of the whole supply chain. Consequently, the supply chain coordination can promote the effectiveness and optimality of the supply chain, in which the delay in payments and cash discount play significant roles. The researching in this thesis can help the retailers who sell the deteriorating items to make optimal ordering decisions under the delay in payments and cash discount, which can minimize the total inventory cost. Therefore, the researching is quite meaningful.
