规模异质性企业全要素生产率的实证研究

An Empirical Study on Total Factor Productivity of Scale Heterogeneous Enterprises

基于中国工业企业数据库的微观数据,采用序贯识别法对不太符合学术研究要求的数据库进行了清洗、筛选和匹配,得到具有学术研究价值的浙江省制造业企业面板数据,然后测算出30个二分位制造业的工业总产值占全省工业总产值的比重,并以此对浙江省电气机械及器材制造业企业全要素生产率进行了测算和比较,最后将企业分为不同的规模类型进行对比分析。研究结果表明:大中规模企业的全要素生产率较高,小规模企业生产率较低,就企业规模而言,企业规模对大中规模企业的全要素生产率是正向影响,对小规模企业的全要素生产率是负向影响;就企业所有制而言,大中规模企业适合于内资企业型组织结构,小规模企业适合于外资企业型企业结构。进而可以对浙江省电气机械及器材制造业企业的生产规模提出实质性的建议。

Based on the micro-data of the Chinese industrial enterprise database, this paper uses the "sequential identification method" to clean, screen and match the database that does not meet the academic research requirements, and obtain the panel data of Zhejiang manufacturing enterprises with academic research value, and then calculate The total industrial output value of 30 dichotomous manufacturing industries accounted for the proportion of the province's total industrial output value, and the total factor productivity of Zhejiang electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises was measured and compared. Finally, the enterprises were divided into different scales. Types were compared for analysis. The results show that the total factor productivity of large and medium-sized enterprises is higher, and the productivity of small-scale enterprises is lower. In terms of enterprise scale, The enterprise scale has a positive effect on the total factor productivity of large and medium-sized enterprises and a negative effect on the total factor productivity of small-scale enterprises;in terms of enterprise ownership, large and medium-sized enterprises are suitable for domestic-funded enterprise-type organizational structure, and small-scale enterprises are suitable for foreign-funded enterprise-type enterprise structures. In turn, it can make substantial suggestions on the production scale of Zhejiang electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing enterprises.
