舒缓疗护在我国成长迅速,其在医疗、护理、心理等方面为病患提供支持,尤其对于终末期肿瘤病患者生活质量的提升意义重大。晚期头颈肿瘤患者具有特殊性,疾病暴露于头面颈部,家属看到害怕,容易出血,感染坏死后有恶臭,侵犯血管神经有难以忍受的剧疼,这些都增加了舒缓治疗的难度,使其显得更为重要。就舒缓医疗的发生、发展、内容及存在问题等从头颈专科角度进行分析,或可为舒缓医疗在头颈肿瘤护理的发展提供启示。

Hospice care grows rapidly in China, and it provides support in medical care, nursing, spiritual, psychology, and other aspects. It is of great significance for improving the quality of life of patients with late-stage cancer. Advanced head & neck cancers exposed on the face and neck of ugly-looking usually bleeds and infect with odor & big pain. This article analyzes the occurrence, development, content and existing problems of the hospice care in the head and neck cancers, or may provide inspiration for the development of head and neck tumors for hospice care.
