从工业园区到产业社区——以南昌经开区白水湖片区城市设计为例

From “Industrial Park” to “Industry Community”——A Case of the Urban Design of Baishuihu Area in the Economic Development Zone of Nanchang

改革开放以来,城市规模不断扩大,"新城新区"的开发建设成为城市发展的引擎之一。在此背景下,传统工业园区的发展面临瓶颈,亟须探索转型升级路径以赢得发展先机。本文以南昌经开区白水湖片区城市设计为例,分析其在城市结构演变和赣江新区建设后的尴尬境地,提出以生态修复为起点、以产业社区为导向,构想园区发展,并凭借晨鸣纸业和钢材市场搬迁的契机,重塑环白水湖区域,以"科创之匙"为触媒,撬动地区发展,实现园区转型升级。

Since the reform and opening up, the scale of the city continue expanding, the development and construction of "New City New District" has become the engine that drives urban development. Under this context, the development of traditional industrial parks faces bottlenecks, and it is urgent to explore the transformation and upgrading path to get opportunities. Taking the urban design of Baishuihu Area in the Economic Development Zone of Nanchang as an example, this paper analyzes its embarrassing situation after the evolution of urban structure and the construction of "Ganjiang New Area", puts forward to take ecological restoration as the starting point, takes industrial community as the orientation, envisages the development of the park, and makes uses of the opportunity of relocating of the Chenming Group and the steel market to shape the Baishuihu area. This paper also puts forward to take the "Key of Science and Technology" as a catalyst to promote the development of the area and achieve the transformation and upgrading of the park.
