在国内进一步重构价值认同、凝聚磅礴力量,在国际不断应对西方的文化侵袭和价值观渗透,推进新时代社会主义文化强国建设已迫在眉睫;同时我们也面临诸多的严峻挑战,主要表现为西方文化对我们的"围追堵截"和市场规则对文化领域的"过度污染"。我们必须坚持以马克思主义为指导,为其提供政治方向和方法论基础;坚持以社会主义核心价值观为灵魂,为其凝心聚魂、提振精气神;坚持以文化交流互鉴为关键,为其树立国际形象、营造国际环境、借鉴国际经验,不断推进新时代社会主义文化强国建设。

It is urgent to further reconstruct the value identity,gather public strength in China,be constantly against the Western cultural invasion and value infiltration,and promote the construction of socialist cultural power of the new age.At the same time,we also face many severe challenges,in which there are the Western cultural ‘encirclement and interception’ to us and market rules ‘excessive pollution’ of the culture;We must continue to take Marxism as our guide,as political direction and methods,take the core socialist values as its soul,concentrate on its soul,boost its spirit,and take cultural exchanges and mutual learning as the key.We would build an international image,conduct an international environment,and draw international experiences to promote the building of Chinese socialist cultural power in the new era.
