双重退火对形变TC4钛合金组织与性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文研究了双重退火热处理对变形TC4钛合金显微组织及性能影响,实验结果表明:随着一重退火温度的升高,组织尺寸发生长大,分布较为均匀,材料的强度随退火温度的升高而下降,而塑性增加;双重退火后,材料内部析出次生α相数量增多,尺寸增大,得到典型的等轴α+晶间β组织,较一重退火强度有所降低,而塑性有很大的提升。 The effect of dual-annealing heat treatment on microstructure and properties of deformed TC4 titanium alloy was studied. The experimental results show that with the increase of the first annealing temperature,the size of the microstructure increases and the distribution is uniform. As annealing temperature rises,the strength of material decreases,but the plasticity increases. After the second annealing,the number of secondary α phases in the material increases,so does the size. The typical equiaxed α+ intergranular β structure is obtained. The strength after the second annealing is lower than that after the first annealing while the plasticity is greatly improved.
