摘要 研究了尼龙6(PA6)和沙林(Surlyn)按照不同比例共混所得合金的力学性能和流动性变化,并对比了Surlyn树脂种类对合金性能的影响。通过扫描电子显微镜观察不同合金材料的微观形貌,并进一步分析材料结构-性能之间的关系。结果表明,随着PA6/Surly合金中Surlyn 9910含量的提升,材料的拉伸强度、弯曲强度和弯曲模量呈现下降趋势,Izod缺口冲击强度呈现上升趋势;当Surlyn 9910为连续相、PA6为分散相时,PA6/Surlyn合金具有优异的常温及低温冲击韧性;改变Surlyn树脂种类,PA6/Surlyn合金的相畴尺寸和宏观性能均会发生变化。 PA6 and Surlyn were blended in different proportions to prepare alloys and their mechanical properties and fluidity were studied.The effect of Surlyn resin type on alloy properties was compared.The microstructures of different PA6/Surly alloys were observed with electron scanning microscopes and the relationship between the structure and property was further investigated.The results show that the tensile strength,flexural strength and flexural modulus of the material present downward trends,and the Izod notched impact strength presents an upward trend with the increase of Surlyn 9910 contents in PA6/Surlyn alloys.PA6/Surly alloys have both excellent room temperature and cryogenic impact toughness with Surlyn 9910 as continuous phase and PA6 as dispersed phase.The phase size and properties of PA6/Surly alloys could be changed by changing the type of Surlyn resin.
