基于MPI的引擎盖模流分析及工艺优化

摘要 运用模流分析软件(MPI)对某引擎盖零件进行模流分析,得到了两浇口方案和三浇口方案的充填时间、气穴分布、V/P值、熔接线等参数或数值,两浇口方案的气穴数量、熔接线数量和变相量小于三浇口方案。进一步对其工艺进行优化,最终确定热流道两浇口方案。两浇口方案对于该引擎盖零件的模具设计和制造具有重要意义。 The mold flow plastic insight(MPI)software was used to analyze the mold flow of a certain engine cover part,and the parameters or values,such as,the filling time,cavitation distribution,V/P value and fusion wiring of the two sprue schemes and the three sprue schemes were obtained.The number of cavitation,fusion wiring and phase change of the two sprue schemes were less than that of the three sprue schemes.The process was further optimized,and the scheme of hot runner and two gate was finally determined.The two gate scheme was great significant to the mould design and manufacture of the bonnet parts.
