注塑机数据线卡槽双层热流道模具设计 被引量:5

摘要 设计了其1模96腔双层叠层注塑模具用于注塑机数据线卡槽塑件大批量注塑生产。模具结构分上下两层,单层模腔布局为48腔。采用三级流道来对塑件模腔进行浇注,第一级、第二级采用热流道来输送熔融塑料,第三级为冷流道,用于对前模潜伏式浇口进行输料。模具共设计有6个开模面,单层模具的开模面为3个。单层模具分三次分型打开时,模板的开闭分别由弹簧和拉杆机构来进行控制,整体上,双层模具模板的打开由同步开闭驱动机构来控制。为减少双层模中央承重热流道活动板的滑动磨损,设置了4个滚轮滑动支撑机构来降低其工作磨损,保证模具闭合复位的精确性。针对多腔模模腔闭合复位精度的降低的问题,设置了三级导向定位机构来增强双层叠层模的定位和导向。模具结构简单实用,生产下率高,较大程度地节省了模具制造成本,及单件塑件的计价成本。 A 96-cavity double-layer laminated injection mold was designed for mass production of plug plastic parts of industrial controllers.The die structure was divided into upper and lower layers,and the single-layer cavity layout was 48 cavities.The three-stage runner was used to pour the mould cavity of plastic parts.The first and second runners were used to transport melted plastics,and the third runner was cold runner,which was used to feed the latent gate of the front die.There were 6 die openings and 3 die openings for single layer die.When the single-layer die was divided into three parts,the opening and closing of the template were controlled by spring and tie rod mechanism,respectively.Overall,the opening of the double-layer die template was controlled by synchronous opening and closing driving mechanism.In order to reduce the sliding wear of the movable plate of the central load-bearing hot runner of the double-layer die,four roller sliding support mechanisms were set up to reduce the working wear and ensure the accuracy of the closed reduction of the die.In order to improve the precision of closed reset of multi-cavity die cavity,a three-stage guiding and positioning mechanism was set up to enhance the positioning and orientation of double-layer laminated die.The die structure was simple and practical,and the production rate was high.It saved the cost of die manufacturing and the cost of valuation of single plastic parts to a great extent.
