摘要 针对熔融挤压堆积成型(FDM)型三维(3D)打印机耗材选择有限、材料挤出不稳定及制品精度难控制等问题,在现有3D打印成型原理及结构分析的基础上,根据双螺杆挤压成型原理,设计了一种新型3D打印成型设备喷头。阐明了新型3D打印成型设备的工作机理及数学模型,并对其成型运动进行了分析,设计了螺杆挤出式3D打印成型设备的结构。该3D打印成型设备结构简单紧凑、成本低、安全可靠,不仅拓宽了3D打印使用的物料范围,而且改善了打印制品整体性能,可适用于模型和多元化产品的直接制造。 Aiming at the problems of limited material selection,unstable material extrusion and difficult control of product precision of fused deposition modeling(FDM)type three dimensional(3D)printer,a new type of sprinkler for 3D printing equipment was designed based on the existing principle and structure analysis of 3D printing forming and twin screw extrusion forming.The working mechanism and mathematical model of the new 3D printing and forming equipment were expounded,and the forming motion was analyzed,and the structure of the screw extrusion 3D printing and forming equipment were designed.The 3D printing equipment was simple and compact in structure,low in cost,safe and reliable.It not only could widen the range of materials used in 3D printing,but also could improve the overall performance of printing products.It can be applied to direct manufacturing of models and diversified products.
