再生聚丙烯塑料对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆力学及收缩性能的影响 被引量:4

摘要 将再生聚丙烯(PP)塑料颗粒以0、5%、10%、15%、20%的替代比例掺入水泥砂浆中,研究再生PP塑料掺量对硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆物理、力学及收缩性能的影响。结果表明,随着再生PP塑料掺量的增加,硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆试件的孔隙率、吸水率逐渐增大,密度逐渐降低,流动度、韧性有所提高;同时,其压缩强度、弯曲强度逐渐降低,干缩逐渐增大;再生PP塑料掺量在15%以内时,硫铝酸盐水泥砂浆的强度仍满足强度指标,同时具有较好的韧性以和较低的干缩变形,有一定的工程应用价值。因此,为促进废弃塑料在砂浆中的应用,同时也为满足工程需要,建议再生PP塑料掺量在15%以内。 The effect of recycled polypropylene(PP)plastic particles on the physical,mechanical and shrinkage properties of sulphoaluminate cement mortar was studied by mixing recycled PP plastic into cement mortar in 0,5%,10%,15%and 20%substitution ratios.The experimental results show that with the increase of recycled PP plastic,the porosity and water absorption of sulphoaluminate cement mortar specimens gradually increase,the density gradually decreases,and the fluidity and toughness are improved.At the same time,its compressive strength and flexural strength gradually decrease,and its shrinkage gradually increases.When recycled PP plastic content is less than 15%,the strength of sulphoaluminate cement mortar still satisfies the strength index,and it has good toughness and low shrinkage deformation,which has certain engineering application value.Therefore,in order to promote the application of waste plastics in mortar and meet the needs of engineering,it is suggested that the content of recycled PP plastic particles should be less than 15%.
