摘要
丙酸钙是一种新型、优良的防腐剂,对人畜无害,无毒副作用,发展前景非常好。目前国内生产丙酸钙的厂家逐渐增多,但是基本上都是粉末状产品,不利于包装,而且粉尘处理也比较困难,对环境有一定的影响。对丙酸钙产品造粒的可行性进行了研究,通过比较不同的造粒工艺,得出了生产粒径500~600μm颗粒状丙酸钙的方法,对生产的改进有很好的指导意义。
Calcium propionate is a new type,excellent preservatives,harmless to human and animal,non-toxic side effects.It has good development prospect.At present,manufacturer of calcium propionate is gradually increasing at home,but are basically powder products.This powder products is not conducive to packaging,and dust treatment is difficult.It has a certain impact on the environment.The feasibility of calcium propionate product granulation are studied,through comparing the different granulating process,it is concluded that the method of making 500~600 μm granular calcium propionate,improvement of production have very good guidance significance.
