摘要
目的:探究虚拟仿真系统在MR教学中的应用效果。方法:选取皖南医学院2015级影像专业本科生作为教学研究对象,按学号随机将其中220名学生分为实验组与对照组,每组各110人,对照组学生MR教学仅仅采用典型病例为基础-临床问题导向的(PCMC)教学方法,在对实验组学生的教学过程中,在PCMC教学方法的基础上同时应用虚拟仿真系统。教学结束后,对两组学生就教学认可度展开问卷调查,采用卡方检验比较问卷调查认可度的差异。同时对两组学生的MR读片能力、MR理论知识进行考核,两组的考核成绩采用独立样本t检验进行比较。结果:两组学生对教学的认可度、MR读片能力、MR理论考试成绩的差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),实验组各项指标均高于对照组。结论:虚拟仿真系统有助于MR教学效果的提升。
Objective: To assess the application effect of virtual simulation system in instruction of magnetic resonance(MR) in medicine. Methods :A total of 220 undergraduates majoring in medical imaging,enrolled in 2015 in Wannan Medical College,were recruited and randomly allocated to experimental group and control group( n= 110 for each group).Students in the control group received simple problem-originated clinical curriculum(PCMC),whereas those in the experimental group were instructed with the virtual simulation system based on PCMC.After completion of the course,questionnaire survey was given to the students in both groups for their recognition towards the course teaching,which was compared using Chi-square test.Academic achievement in the two groups of students was evaluated by the ability to interpret MR images and test of theoretical knowledge,and compared by t-test. Results :The two groups of students were significantly different in the course recognition,ability to interpret MR images and command of theory in MR,and students in experimental group had better performance than those in the control group in all factors ( P< 0.05). Conclusion :The virtual simulation system can be helpful to improve the effect in instruction of MR in medicine.
