CBL教学法结合文献汇报在骨科规范化培训中的应用 被引量:14

摘要 目的:探索基于案例为核心(CBL)的教学法结合文献汇报(LR)在骨科规范化培训中的应用及效果。方法:将2016年12月~2018年12月在骨科轮转的40名规培学员随机分为CBL教学组和CBL+LR联合教学组进行教学,每组20人。每周围绕一个病例进行教学,安排CBL+LR联合教学组学员查阅相关中英文文献并制作PPT汇报;CBL教学组学员不做要求;轮转结束时采取笔试考核的方式评价专业知识掌握情况,同时通过学员幻灯汇报总结,评估并比较两组学员各方面能力提高情况。结果:CBL+LR教学组学员在病例分析题部分及总得分上均高于CBL教学组(P<0.05),而两组学员间在选择题部分得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CBL+LR联合教学组学员在查阅分析文献能力、制作PPT能力、知识拓展能力、临床思维能力和语言表达能力上均优于CBL教学组(P<0.05)。结论:CBL联合文献汇报教学方法在骨科规范化培训中提高了学员文献阅读报告能力、PPT制作技术,培养了临床思维,锻炼了语言表达能力,提高了临床教学效果。 Objective: To assess the teaching effect of case-based learning(CBL) combined with literature report (LR) in residents undergoing standardized clinical training in orthopedics. Methods :Forty trainees undergoing shift practice in the department of orthopedics were recruited between December of 2016 and 2018,and randomized into CBL group and CBL+LR group( n= 20 for each group).Trainees in CBL+LR group were supposed to research related Chinese-English literatures on the one case included per week for clinical training and report the case using PPT,and those in simple CBL group were free of any assignment.Upon completion of the shift training,written test was provided to evaluate the command of professional knowledge and learning efficacy,and trainees in both groups were asked to report their self-efficacies in learning by PPT presentation. Results :Trainees in CBL+LR group had higher scoring in case analysis,and better improved ability in literature retrieval and review,preparation of PPT,knowledge expansion,clinical thinking and verbal expression than their counterparts( P <0.05),yet the scoring in multiple choice questions were not different between the two groups ( P >0.05). Conclusion :CBL+LR can lead to improved ability in literature retrieval and review,preparation of PPT,knowledge expansion,clinical thinking and verbal expression in the trainees as well as the effect of clinical teaching in orthopedics.
