摘要 将多级闪蒸技术应用到低温甲醇洗中压闪蒸过程中以优化设计。在某60万吨/年甲醇厂低温甲醇洗装置中压单级闪蒸段流程的基础上,通过Aspen Plus软件模拟不同级数的多级闪蒸流程,显示在闪蒸气量、有效气收率等方面多级闪蒸流程较单级闪蒸流程具有很大优势。并结合能耗及设备投资展示优化后的前景。 Multi - stage flash technology is applied to theRectisol medium pressure flash process in order to optimize the design.Based on the medium pressure single - stage flash process flow of the Rectisol unit of a 600,000 ton/ year methanol plant,the multi - stage flash process flow of different stages is simulated by Aspen Plus software,showing that the multi - stage flash process flow has great advantages over the single - stage flash process in terms of the amount of flash vapor,effective gas yield and other aspects.Combined with energy consumption and equipment investment,it shows the prospect after the optimization.
