摘要
本文从气液两相流的流型出发,介绍了气液两相流管线产生振动的原因及预防措施;并以实际的工程设计为例,分析了化工装置中气液两相流管道的振动特点和处理方法;归纳并提出了气液两相流管道的相关设计要领及注意事项。
Based on the flow pattern of gas - liquid two - phase flow,the causes and preventive measures of the vibration of gas - liquid two - phase flowpiping are introduced in this paper.The actual engineering design is taken as an example to analyze the characteristics and treatment methods of the vibration of gas - liquid two - phase flow piping in chemical plant.This paper summarizes and proposes the relevant design essentials and precautions for gas - liquid two - phase flow piping.
