摘要 校本研究是促进教师专业成长的必由之路,是提高学校办学质量的关键因素。江苏省宿豫中等专业学校立足学校实际,以校本研究为抓手,实施“科研强师、科研兴校”战略,明确目标,创新举措,提升教师科研能力和业务水平,促进教师专业成长,着力打造一支全市领先、全省乃至全国有一定影响力的“科研型”教师团队。 The school -based research is the only way to promote the teachers'professional development and the key factor to improve the quality of school running. Based on the reality of the school, Jiangsu Suyu Secondary Vocational School takes the school -based research as the starting point to implement the strategy of "strengthening teaching ability and revitalizing the school through scientific research". With clear objectives and innovative measures, it improves the teachers'scientific research ability and professional level, promotes the teachers' professional growth, and strives to build a city-wide leading, provincial and even national influential force.
