摘要
社会正在进入以科学研究为主导产业的时代,各类教育都要转变教学方式,推进学生的研究性学习,以适应时代发展的需要。这种变化,使研究力成为现代教师的专业基本功。教师提升研究力,要澄清“教师研究过头论”“先教后研论”等误区,在重调查、求创新和讲成效几个方面做努力。
The society is entering an era in which scientific research is the leading industry. All kinds of education should change their teaching methods and promote the students'research -based learning to meet the needs of the times. This change makes research ability the basic professional skill of modern teachers. In order to improve the teachers'research ability, we should clarify the misunderstandings such as "over -study" and "teaching before research", and make efforts in the aspects of re-investigation, innovation and effectiveness.
