知识产权保护对企业出口产品质量的影响研究

Research on the Impact of Intellectual Property Protection on the Quality of Export Products

利用中国工业企业和中国海关进出口数据的匹配数据,考察了知识产权保护对出口产品质量的影响。结果表明:知识产权保护对出口产品质量具有显著的正向影响,从不同区域来看,知识产权保护对东部地区出口产品质量具有正向作用而对西部和中部地区具有负向影响。此外,中介效应模型结果发现企业技术创新是知识产权保护影响出口产品质量的一个重要渠道。研究认为,中国应该重视知识产权问题,完善知识产权保护制度,尤其是知识产权执法方面,同时应该根据各地区的实际情况自主选择适当的知识产权保护战略,使市场向更开放、更有利于创新的方向发展,激发企业创新动力,提高出口产品质量,以实现中国工业"由大到强"的目的。

This paper uses the matching data of Chinese industrial enterprises and China customs import and export data to examine the impact of intellectual property protection on the quality of export products. The results show that intellectual property protection has a significant positive impact on the quality of export products. From the perspective of different regions,intellectual property protection has a positive effect on the quality of export products in the eastern region and negatively affects the western and central regions.In addition,the mediation effect model found that enterprise technology innovation is an important channel for intellectual property protection to affect the quality of export products. Therefore,the author believes that China should pay attention to intellectual property issues and improve the intellectual property protection system,especially the enforcement of intellectual property rights. At the same time,it should independently select appropriate intellectual property protection strategies according to the actual conditions of each region,so that the market is more open and more conducive to innovation. The objective is to stimulate the innovation power of enterprises and improve the quality of export products in order to achieve the goal of"big to strong"in Chinese industry.
