摘要
以2012年为基年对2012-2018年我国国有和民营能源上市公司的数据剔除通货膨胀,在此基础上运用DEA模型和Malmquist指数分解法对国有和民营公司的全要素生产率进行对比研究。结果表明:研究期内民营能源上市公司的技术效率高于国有,主要原因是民营公司的纯技术效率高于国有。民营公司的制度和管理水平、技术水平、资源配置效率较高,且公司间差距较小,而国有公司相反。研究期内国有和民营能源上市公司全要素生产率都得到增加,民营能源公司增加的幅度大于国有,主要原因是民营公司规模水平恶化程度比国有公司小。国有能源上市公司全要素生产率的变化公司间差异小,而民营公司间差异大。在此基础上提出提高国有与民营能源上市公司全要素生产率的建议。
Based on 2012,the panel data of state-owned and private listed energy companies in China from 2012 to 2018 are excluded from inflation. On this basis,DEA model and Malmquist index decomposition method are used to compare the total factor productivity of state-owned and private companies. The results show that the technological efficiency of private companies is higher than that of state-owned companies during the research period. The main reason is that the pure technological efficiency of private companies is higher than that of state-owned companies. The system,management level,technological level and resource allocation efficiency are higher,and the gap between private companies is smaller,while state-owned companies are the opposite. The total factor productivity of state-owned and private energy companies increased during the research period. The increase of private companies is larger than that of state-owned ones. The main reason is that the scale level deterioration of private companies is bigger than that of state-owned companies. The difference of total factor productivity of state-owned energy companies is small,while that of private companies is large. On this basis,this paper puts forward some suggestions to improve the total factor productivity of state-owned and private listedenergy companies.
