自复位阻尼耗能支撑力学性能分析与试验研究 被引量:2

Mechanical behavior and experimental study on self-centering damping energy dissipation braces

摘要 介绍了自复位阻尼耗能支撑的力学原理,基于支撑试件动力性能试验,在不同加载频率的正弦激励下,对具有不同组合碟簧刚度支撑的滞回响应和抗震性能进行研究,并分析了不同轴向变形比对支撑性能的影响。结果表明,支撑具有饱满的旗形滞回响应,激活力和激活变形稳定,等效黏滞阻尼比和承载力高,有效减小甚至消除了残余变形,体现出优异的耗能能力和自恢复能力。支撑应变的理论和数值解与试验结果吻合良好,能够用以分析支撑应变分布的特点。利用数值模型分析了支撑的破坏模式,验证了支撑设计的合理性。 This paper presented the mechanical behavior of self-centering damping energy dissipation braces. Based on dynamic performance tests,the hysteretic responses and seismic performances of the braces with different combinations of disc springs under sinusoidal excitations with different loading frequencies were studied. The influence of axial deformation ratio on the brace behavior was analyzed. The test results show that the brace exhibits full flag-shaped hysteretic responses with stable activation force and activation deformation,high equivalent viscous damping ratio and bearing capacity,and effectively reduces and even eliminates residual deformation. These reflect the excellent energy dissipation and self-centering capabilities of the braces. The theoretical and numerical predictions of the strain of the brace are in good agreement with the experimental results and can be used to analyze the characteristics of strain distribution. The failure mode of the brace is analyzed by using the numerical model,and the reasonability of the brace design is verified.
