摘要
我们使用电机振动评价等级标准GB6075-99,对M-3电机产生振动的原因进行了测试,通过分析M-3电机风扇侧轴承水平方向故障时FFT图及瀑布图,我们发现在电机轴承本身质量及润滑没有问题的情况下,对于长输管线机泵,因流量大易致使机泵整体振动加大,时间长会引起轴承疲劳损坏。因此,除控制出站压力,还应要求生产限定流量运行,以保证机泵长周期运行。
We use the Motor Vibration Evaluation Grade Standard GB6075-99, to test the cause of vibration of M-3 motor, and analyze the FFT diagram and waterfall diagram when the fan-side bearing of M-3 motor fails in the horizontal direction. It is found that under the condition that there is no problem with the quality and lubrication of the motor bearing itself, for the long-distance pipeline pump, it is easy to increase the overall vibration of the pump because of the large flow rate, and will lead to the fatigue damage of the bearing after a long time. Therefore, in addition to controlling the outbound pressure, the production should also be required to limit the flow operation in order to ensure the long-term operation of the pump.
