摘要
抚顺这座资源枯竭型城市,城下压覆大量的煤炭及煤层气资源,如果这些资源能够被开发利用,不仅能带动抚顺经济的发展,还将对我国其它资源枯竭型城市的转型升级起到借鉴作用。通过对抚顺城下压煤现状及煤层赋存特征的研究,提出可先在城区中部老虎台矿附近,选择地面条件较好的地区施工一对水平对接试验井(U型井),进行城下压煤区煤层气资源的开发利用,如果水平对接试验井组产气量较高,则进入修建输气管线、LNG加气站等商业化开发利用阶段。
Fushun, a resource-exhausted city, is overlying a large number of coal and coalbed methane resources. If these resources can be developed and utilized, they can not only promote the economic development of Fushun. It will also play a reference role in the transformation and upgrading of other resource-exhausted cities in China. Based on the study of the present situation of pressurized coal under Fushun City and the occurrence characteristics of coal seam, it is put forward that a pair of horizontal docking test wells(U-shaped wells) can be constructed in the area with better surface conditions near Laohutai Mine in the middle of urban area. To carry out the development and utilization of coalbed methane resources in the pressurized coal area under the city, if the gas production of the horizontal docking test well group is high, it will enter the stage of commercial development and utilization, such as the construction of gas pipeline, LNG filling station and so on.
