摘要
固相萃取技术是一项被广泛应用的分离富集技术。化学分析实验在分析领域占据着非常重要的地位,而固相萃取是化学分析实验中最常使用的方法之一。传统固相萃取是一项繁琐耗时的工作,为了减轻实验人员的工作压力,固相萃取的自动化成为研究热点。文章总结了现有各类全自动固相萃取系统的发展和特点。
Solid phase extraction (SPE) is a widely used separation and enrichment technology. Chemical analysis experiment plays a very important role in the field of analysis, and solid phase extraction is one of the most commonly used methods in chemical analysis experiment. Traditional solid phase extraction (SPE) is a tedious and time-consuming work. In order to reduce the working pressure of experimenters, the automation of SPE has become a research hotspot. The development and characteristics of all kinds of automatic solid phase extraction systems are summarized in this paper.
